What NOT to eat/drink:
  • Sweets (Cake, cookies, ice cream, etc.)
  • Soda (Diet or Regular)
  • Eat less carbohydrates (If your trying to lose weight)
  • Eat less calories a day (If trying to lose weight)
  • Salted and unhealthy chips
  • Popcorn
  • Eat less salt and sugar in your diet
  • Fried foods
  • Bacon and sausage



What to eat/drink: 
  • Fruits and veggies
  • Water
  • Protein (Peanut butter, meat, fish, peanuts, etc.)
  • Carbohydrates (For muscle training)
  • Calcium (Milk & dairy)
  • Calories (For weight gain and training) 
  • Green Tea instead of coffee
  • Fresh foods (not pasteurized, added chemicals, preservatives, etc.)
  • Whole Grain
  • Meat (Not red meat though)
