What NOT to eat/drink:
- Sweets (Cake, cookies, ice cream, etc.)
- Soda (Diet or Regular)
- Eat less carbohydrates (If your trying to lose weight)
- Eat less calories a day (If trying to lose weight)
- Salted and unhealthy chips
- Popcorn
- Eat less salt and sugar in your diet
- Fried foods
- Bacon and sausage
What to eat/drink:
- Fruits and veggies
- Water
- Protein (Peanut butter, meat, fish, peanuts, etc.)
- Carbohydrates (For muscle training)
- Calcium (Milk & dairy)
- Calories (For weight gain and training)
- Green Tea instead of coffee
- Fresh foods (not pasteurized, added chemicals, preservatives, etc.)
- Whole Grain
- Meat (Not red meat though)
