Total-Body Test

II. Total-Body Dumbbell Test
This is a classic, old time workout routine that builds muscle and gets rid of excess flab. It builds muscle the old-time way—hard work and no rest. There are 4 exercises here, perform each exercise without rest in between them then rest 90 seconds in between each "test". Perform this total-body blast 3 times to complete it. So button up guys, this is going to be a tough one.


Exercise 1: Chest-Supported Row
10 to 12 reps




Exercise 2: Incline Bench Press
10 to 12 reps




Exercise 3: One-Arm Snatch
10 reps with each arm




Exercise 4: Seated Calf Raise
10 to 12
